This course is an introduction to Python for chemistry students.
CM257: Scientific Communication
This course introduces communication techniques in scientific and non-scientific audiences.
CM236: Physical Chemistry (for food science, no longer taught)
This course introduces Physical chemistry for undergraduate student in food science. I no longer taught this course.
CM351: Spectroscopy for Chemists (no longer taught)
This course is no longer taught by me. One part is the physical chemistry aspect of spectroscopy (UV, IR, MW)
CM346: Computer Applications in Chemistry
This is the hands-on introduction to computer applications in chemistry. We introduce several concept such as geometry optimization, single-point energy calculation, spectral predictions, docking, and molecular dynamics simulation
CM446: Introduction to Computational Quantum Chemistry
This is the practical quantum chemistry course involving in-depth discussion of each methods (DFT, HF, coorrelation etc.)
SC123: General Chemistry (no longer taught)
One-semester general chemistry course for first year undergraduate students. I covered mostly atomic structure, molecular structure, periodic relationship of the elements.
SC171, SC172, SC173, SC176: General Chemistry Laboratory
Practical courses for first year undergraduate students. Basic techniques and some physico-chemical behaviors are introduced.
SC174, SC175: General Organic Chemistry Laboratory
Practical courses for first year undergraduate students. The experiments are organic-chemistry oriented.
